Dean Vacheresse – Principal Broker

Since 2003 Dean Vacheresse has been a highly productive licensed broker – specializing in restaurant, bar, and small business transactions.  Formerly with the Marlin Group, he worked closely with Dave Marlin managing restaurant and bar transactions. Dean ended up leaving the Marlin Group in order to establish his own boutique brokerage and expand services.  Today Dean also provides Landlord and Tenant Lease representation, representation for small service businesses, as well as expert testimony and consultation services.

Dean’s experience and focus on small business restaurant/bar transactions allow him to bring intimate market knowledge and industry expertise to the issues unique to the restaurant & bar sales process. His ties within the industry and throughout the community of landlords, lending institutions, governmental agencies, and attorneys enable him to shepherd the transactional process through the red tape to successful completion.

In addition to his restaurant brokerage experience, Dean has over 20 years of experience in operational and financial roles within the food and beverage industry.  Prior roles include, Food & Beverage Director, Restaurant Group Controller, and Restaurant General Manager. He also holds a B.S. in Accounting.

Dean is high energy individual who loves his work, his family and the sport of bicycling.  He is often seen on his bicycle, around the city or climbing along the back roads of a mountain pass.  He volunteers in the community and is very active in the lives of his children.


Chantal Angot – Associate Broker

Chantal has over 20 years of experience as a successful restaurant owner, food and beverage manager, trainer, and mentor. She is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and understands their unique journey because she has been there before.

Mike Fuller – Executive Assistant – With 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry Mike understands the industry and needs of our clients intimately.   Mike manages the helm at the office and is our lead communicator.  He is a gifted administrator and organizer and tracks the details of our business transactions and relationships.    He also manages emails, communication and the calendar for Dean Vacheresse.

Zayne Vacheresse – Operations Manager –   Management of bar & restaurant holdings and investments.  Zayne’s time is spent in managing human resources and daily operations.  He is a graduate of Westminster College in Salt Lake City and brings strong expertise to the human resource management, and financial management of operations.
